LOCAL PICK-UP

- We offer local pick-up in Pine Level, NC (simply choose this option during checkout)

- Pick-up orders must be picked up in a timely manner otherwise we will need to invoice you for applicable shipping charges so that we can ship your order

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping (please obtain a tracking number to reference for your return)

- Items are only eligible for return or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging

- Return/exchanges must also be free of any signs of wash, wear, or odors
